Local yokels

Back home I see that Wal Mart plans to use more local produce in its stores to combat rising fuel prices. Although Wal Mart surely has its demons, they have certainly made strides in doing the right thing environmentally. What's that? You say it's only because they have an financial advantage to doing so? That's the whole point stupid.
