This past semester I took a class called American Grand Strategy at the Clinton School. It is by far, one of the most interesting and beneficial classes I've taken throughout my academic career. In this class we were required to produce a memo to the next President recommending actions on a specific foreign policy issue. In mine I argue that the most important issue facing the next administration involves a more effective energy policy and stance on environmental issues. I've posted the memo here for anyone who might care to read it.
I welcome all thoughts and criticism. Any insight or areas that could use fine tuning is appreciated.
