The University of Massachusetts recently discovered how to make gasoline from cellousic materials. "Green" gasoline is identical to gasoline made from crude oil. This is significant because we would be able to utilize our existing infrastructure to distribute this fuel and we do not face the issues of re-educating the public that exist when dealing with other biofuels.
They must now researching how to produce this fuel on a massive scale. I thought this article would complement my last post regarding the need to support biofuels that do not displace food production.
